Siemens intends to purchase for $110m the telecom router products of Harbour Networks (China), including its high-end broadband products Power Hammer (core router), PowerHammer ESR (multi- service edge router) and Big Hammer (metro core switch/enterprise backbone switch) series. The products are in direct competition with those coming from the OEM deal Siemens has with Juniper.
