Mobile contracts - 02/12/07

ALU has signed for frame agreements for mobile solutions and optical gear with China Mobile (€600m) and China Unicom (€150m). It will roll out Bouygues Telecom' s 3G/HSPA network in four of Bouygues Telecom' s six operational regions in France. It will provide IP Contact Center solution to Nucleo (Paraguay).

Ericsson and Nortel may win portion of deal previously allocated to NSN for delivering $900m of GSM lines to BSNL in India. NSN missed a deadline to accept the order.

Ericsson is the sole supplier of Idea Cellular GSM network in Mumbai, India.

NSN will improve indoor coverage for Bouygues Telecom (France). It will provide its Intellisync wireless email platform to Megafon (Russia) and to Telenor Pakistan.

IBM will deploy its unified communications solution for IDEA Cellular (India).

Huawei will build an IP bearer network for Mobily (S. Arabia).
