Sea cruisers were one of the few places without “bip-bip” or rings from a mobile handset, but it is over. SeaMobile has signed an agreement with Silversea Cruises to enable mobile phones to work when out at sea. And we can guess other companies will follow.
Simultaneously, Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN) announced  a live, real-time broadcast and cellular service on board a submerged submarine.
