Alcatel and Telstra have signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which they will negotiate formal agreements as part of a strategic agreement, worth about €2,2bn over five years, concerning the operator' s ground breaking IP network transformation project. Alcatel will design, build, provide products, integrate, deploy, maintain and support the network.
