CTC (Chile) earned only $700k in 3Q05, vs profit of $612m a year earlier, while EBITDA fell 21% to $120m, Sales were down 5,5% to $286m.

Tattelecom (Russia) reported that 1H05 earnings rose 50% to $6,6m,

Sibirtelecom (Russia) posted that 3Q05 net profits fell 56% to $6m,

PT Telkom (Indonesia) posts 9-month earnings of $560m, up 19%, on revenues of $1,95bn, up 20%. The operating profit rose 20% to $1,24bn, The mobile unit reported sales of $960m, up 29%, and the fixed line unit posted sales of $800m, down 0,5%.

Taiwan's Chunghwa Telecom reports 3Q05 net profit of $340m, down 16%, on revenues of $1,47bn, up 2,8%, Its mobile unit accounted for $586m, up 5,5%, while Internet and data services in the third quarter increased 13% to $329m, and fixed-line revenues dropped 6% to $523m,

Qwest is on track to meet its financial targets for 2005, It reported a 3Q05 loss of $144m, up12%, and revenues of $3,5bn, up 1,5%,

Portugal Telecom announced 3Q05 net profit of €60m (down 158%) on sales of €1,64bn, up 7,5%. EBITDA fell 1.7% to €594m,

China Unicom posts 9-month revenues of $7bn, up 7,5%, and net income down 1% to $278m, GSM revenues steadily rose to $4,4bn (+7%), while CDMA revenues jumped 14% to $2,4bn, The quarter was marked by a profit rebound of its CDMA business posting 3Q05 profit of $9,9m.

LG Telecom earned an income of $80m, up 91%, on sales of $886m,

TDC (Denmark) reports revenues of $2bn, up 11%, an EBITDA of $588m (+6%) and net income of $218m (+21%),

Versatel (NL) announced 3Q05 revenues of €197m, up 31%.

Bell Canada reports 3Q05 revenues of $4,2bn (+4%), an operating income of $804m, EBITDA of $1,6bn (-2%),
