Vodafone has acquired a 10% stake for $1.5bn in Bharti Televentures (India). The move is a comeback for Vodafone in India and highlights the Vodafone strategy to capitalize on emerging markets and growth opportunities.

FT will sell its 34% stake in CenterTel (Poland ) to TPSA (Poland) for €1.2bn in cash.
