Maroc Connect, a FT subsidiary in Morocco, has won local third fixed-line license, paying around € 27.5m. It will invest some $100m in its infrastructure in the first year of its operations.

DT plans to reorganize its T-Com unit, reducing its portfolio from 700 to 80 products.

RomTelecom (Romania) would invest some € 500m in a new network, allowing new services such as broadband access, VOD, online gaming.
