Time Warner could be in talks to sell a stake in its America Online Internet unit to Microsoft, with the launch of a JV between AOL Online and Microsoft.
Centrica (UK energy retailer)could sell stake in OneTel, a UK fixed-line telephony, Internet and mobile services provider. The company is estimated to be worth £220m. FT and Virgin are believed to be potential buyers.
