T-Mobile will sell its 10% stake in Russia's OJSC Mobile TeleSystems.

Some confusion still exists as to whether or not Turkcell actually paid its share of the license fees in due date (as part of the IranCell consortium in Iran). TurkCell says yes, but the IranCell consortium said no, expels Turkcell and starts talks with MTN (South Africa)to replace Turkcell.
