DiBcom, a European mobile TV DB-H chip maker, has received €20 funding in its fifth funding round, of which half from Natixis, a French bank. The total funding to date is €60m.

Ericsson IPX has signed an IPX Messaging with VoIP company Skype, allowing this later to offer a more robust service to their customers.
