Synergies must be found in order to cut expenses, offer bundled services, organize one-stop shopping. ATT is rumored planning re-integration of Cingular into its telecom holdings. Verizon said it will recombine its advertising and marketing efforts under a single Verizon brand. The trend is also visible in Europe. FT has consolidated its offerings under a single Orange brand (fixed, data,mobile and video). DT adopted the same strategy: it drops the T-Com brand and create a new 'one company' identity, starting on May 19 with a new 'One company. One Service' brand.
