NSN: Nokia Siemens Networks

Nokia Siemens Networks is born and alive, from April 1^st. The company had revenues of €17bn (proforma) and operates in about 150 countries. Currently ranked third in the telecom market, it ambitions to become number one. The company is made of six units: Radio Access, Broadband Access, Service Core and Applications, IP/Transport, Operations Support Systems and Services Business (20,000 professionals). In a first announcement, NSN has acknowledged a tougher market environment and some slower growth in some areas. It, consequently, has changed its guidance to lower levels. From “slight”, growth should be “very slight”.
