Brazil Telecom has started rolling out quadruple play services in Brazil.

Telkom (S. Africa) will buy 75% of Multilinks, Nigeria's pioneer private telecoms operator (PTO) for $200m.

Noos/ Numericable and Ten (both in France; Noos is a cable operator and Ten is a MVNO) are launching quadruple play services.
