Nortel has signed a reseller and marketing agreement with NDS, an IPTV middleware maker. Nortel will resell NDS' s Metro middleware products. Nortel, however, will continue relationship with Minerva as well.

Always as part of its IPTV strategy, Nortel will provide its own set-top box, built by LG-Nortel.
