Symbian reports 3Q06 sales up 44% to €60m, shipping some 13m Symbian OS units in the quarter.

HP closed its fiscal year with 4Q06 net profit of $ 1.7bn, up 500%, on sales uo 7% to $24.6bn. Its fiscal year net profit amounted to $6.2n, up 158%, on revenues of $91.7bn, up 6%.

NEC reports a group FY1H07 net loss of $63m, almost five times the loss in last year, on revenues of $18.6bn (down 2.5%). NEC, however, targets a profit of $152m and revenues of $40bn for its FY07.
