Qualcomm, Broadcom patent dispute

Their dispute last for months and is not finished. The case is raised by Broadcom saying that Qualcomm infringe three Broadcom patents. Last ruling decided that Qualcomm did infringe on one of the three Broadcom patents, but Qualcomm says the patent is invalid, and hopes the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will reject the decision. Final ruling no later than Feb. 9, 2007.
