World Bank offers $125m to Pakistan to promote telecommunications in rural areas.

The Vienna Arbitration Court has ruled on the price that DT must pay to buy out PTC (Poland) shares. The price should not be less than the current book value of PTC shares or about €600m. But analysts estimate that it should be worth at least €2.5bn, based on recent offer made by Vivendi Universal.
