Latin Panel announced that Latam mobile penetration reached 70%. Colombia leads the country ranking with 90%, followed by Chile (87%), Bolivia (82%) and Argentina with 63%. 30% of the Latin American population has a PC. Costa Rica leads with 66% penetration, followed by Ecuador (54%), Chile (52%), Argentina (33%) and Colombia (31%).
