Martin Taylor, Microsoft' s CEO advisor on strategic and long-term projects, is leaving.

Telstra plans to cut 2600 jobs over next two years. This is part of a plan to cut 12,000 positions over the next five years.

HP said it will cut 15,300 jobs (10% of its workforce) as part of a previously announced restructuring plans.

Jens Alder, former Swisscom CEO, will become TDC CEO as of November 1, while current Danish TDC CEO Dyremose steps down and will become Chairman.
