CDMA development status

Regularly the CDMA Development Group (CDG) reports CDMA development status. It reported that, through the CALA region (Latam and Caribbean regions), there were 22 operators in 17 countries that have deployed or are building CDMA2000 1xEV-DO networks. Worldwide, there are 36 live networks and 30m customers; CDG expects to have 73 live networks and 60m 1XEV-DO users by the end of the year.
