Tekelec is still announcing 4Q05 results. 4Q05 revenues rose 53% to $154m, but the company swang to a loss of $48m (vs a profit of $5m).

ADC reports FY2Q revenues of $366m, up 4% proforma, and $0.19 EPS. The company has $531m in cash and securities at the end of the quarter.
