Motorola is streamlining the organization of its developer networks in creating Motodev, a combination of 3 up-to-now separate developer networks, Motocoder, iDen and Horizon. Motodev will have a single Web resource to ease access, help creativity and increase return on investment.

Nokia introduced unified threat management, or UTM, solutions to its portfolio of internet protocol security platforms. Nokia products will support the new Check Point VPN-1 UTM package and VPN-1 Power solutions.

Ericsson launched the IMS eco-system to help developers to develop IMS-based applications, drive user demand for IMS enabled networks and create further revenue opportunities for operators.
