Jacques Dunoguè has left Alcatel, following the Alcatel-Lucent merger. He is replaced as President of EMEA region by Etienne Fouques. Marc Rouanne replaces Etienne as President of the Mobile division.

Vodafone named Thomas Geitner, its current CTO, as CEO of its new division “New business and Innovation”. Bill Morrow has been named CEO of the European unit, Paul Donovan will take care of the “Emerging and other operations” unit, Tim Miles is the new CTO, Frank Rovekamp becomes the new CMO.
