ATT is reorganizing its top management into four divisions. The goal is to make wireline and wireless services converge more tightly together, for both consumers and businesses.

The Consumer markets unit (both mobility and wireline services) will be managed by Ralph de la Vega.

The Business Solutions (all business services for large enterprises to SMEs) will be managed by Ron Spears.

ATT operations (including network infrastructure, network planning and engineering, ATT Labs) will be managed by John Stankey.

Vodafone reorganizes its EMAPA division management: Nick Read is appointed CEO of the APAC & Middle East region, and Morten Lundal will become CEO of the Central Europe & Africa region. Nick and Morten will report to Vittorio Colao, CEO of Vodafone Group. Michel Combes, is CEO of the European region with Guy Laurence for the UK market.
Randal S. Milch is named executive vice president and general counsel at Verizon.
