Vendor results N57

Nortel finally announced its 3Q04 results.  The turnover is down 7% to $2.18bn (including a decline of 40% in optical sales and of 5% in wireless business). Nortel is reporting a $ 259m loss for the quarter.

ZTE (China) targets $ 6bn in revenue this year, from $ 4bn last year.

Oracle posted FY 3Q05 results. Net income was $ 540m, down 15%, while revenues were up 18% to $3bn (of which software revenues were $ 2.3bn and services revenues were $ 614m).

Italtel reported 2004 revenues of €543m (down 8%), EBITDA of € 95m, and pro forma net income of €12.5m.
