ATT- Bellsouth

ATT will take over Bellsouth in an announced $67bn deal. The merger would create, if approved, a mammoth of 310,000+ workers, $150bn in capitalization, be the US main telecom operator combining ATT (SBC+ ATT) with Cingular and Bellsouth, and covering about 50% of the US telecom subscribers. Many questions are raised by this deal. We will try to answer them in coming days.
