• The Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Council and the TIA Association have announced new US estimates for FTTH deployments, currently passing over 3.6m U.S. Homes (+ 1m in four months).

• According to Analysys, China' s mobile handset sales volume grew to about 21m in 4Q05, up 8% sequentially.
