Panama plans selling its 49% stake in C&W Panama SA.

Bolivia has nationalized its telecom incumbent Entel, currently a Telecom Italia affiliate.

Ecuador will renew the mobile license to America Movil, after this latter agrees to pay $480m.

PTS (Swedish regulator) has completed the auction of spectrum in the 2.6 GHz band, raising in total $ 348m. Five bidders have obtained licenses: Teliasonera, Telenor Sverige, Tele2 Sverige, Intel Capital, and HI3G Access.
