Vendor results - 1/2/06

Ericsson reported 4Q05 net income of $1.1bn (+52%) on sales of $5.6bn, up 16%, surpassing analyst estimates. The operating income grew 16% to $ 1.28bn, but margins were weaker. Revenue growth was driven the NA (+82%), LATAM (+33%) and Central Europe (+22%), while sales in WE declined 4%. Full year results were: revenues of $18.7bn (up 15%), net income of $3bn (+39%). Cash flow before financial investing activities was $2.4bn, up 10%.

Audiocodes reported net income of $4m (+51%), while revenues grew 21% to $31m.

Atos Origin posted €5.5bn 2005 revenues and an operating margin of 7.5%.

Fujitsu returns positive with a 4Q05 net income of $29m on revenues of $9.5bn.
