As a result of the merger with C-COR, Arris will shed about 100 people. The management team is made of: Bob Stanzione, Arris chairman and CEO; Larry Margolis, Arris EVP and general counsel; and David Potts, EVP and CFO, Ron Coppock as sales and marketing boss, Jim Lakin as president of advanced technology and services.
