ADC Telecom expects full year revenues of $1.3bn and 4Q05 revenues of $302m (+14%).

Oracle reports FY3Q net income of $898m (+2%) on revenues of $3.3bn (+19%). Acquisition costs (+$19bn over two years) have weighted on results and Siebel' s acquisition is still to be done. Oracle launched a warning that FY4Q could be below consensus! Oracle' share dropped 4%.
