Bernard Moscheni (ex-CEO of Mobistar) has resigned and joined BTC (Bulgaria) as CEO.

ALU will cut another 4,000 jobs to a total of 13,000. It also lost two executive: Jean-Pascal Beaufret its CFO and Christian Reinaudo, its Europe and North region director. Its new CFO is Hubert de Pesquidoux, current head of ALU' s Enterprise Group. ALU created a new management team including:

Cindy Christy, who heads up the Americas region

Frederic Rose, who heads up Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia/Pacific

John Meyer, who leads the Services Group

Claire Pedini, head of Corporate Human Resources and Communications

Olivier Baujard is still the CTO, John Giere is still CMO, and Helle Kristoffersen is still VP of Corporate Strategy.
