Fixed operator strategies - 23/10/05

China Telecom and China Netcom plan to connect Little Smart service (a WLL/PHS/PAS service) to landline network to improve indoor services and use Little Smart as a cordless part of the landline. The service is to be introduced in Beijing in November 2005.
