Microsoft-Yahoo? Why not?

Microsoft is still again rumored to be interested buying Yahoo for about $50bn. The main drivers of the deal would be the booming web advertising market, expected growth in the online applications market, the near-to-come frontal struggle with telcos and the need to find new distribution channels with the millions of Yahoo customers. What is at stake in the deal is the control of selling goods, services and ads on the Internet.
