Tata Consultancy (India) plans to buy a minority stake in T-System, a DT unit in return for $1bn in services and local media news.

Maxis (Malaysia) may buy a stake in Sri lanka Telecom, on a possible partial sale by NTT of its 35% stake in Sri Lanka Telecom.

Telecom NZ is selling its print and online directories (Yellow Pages) to CCMP Capital Asia for $1.5bn.

Vivendi (France) got an injunction from Polish court that essentially blocks the 18% stake to be sold to DT. It is not likely the last episode in the many-years dispute between DT and Vivendi concerning the owernership of 48% stake in PTC.
