Former management board member at Siemens, Thomas Ganswindt, has been arrested in connection with ongoing corruption scandal, €200m mis-usage and bribery. Ganswindt, who left Siemens in Sept., was the head of the telecom unit. A dozen of ex- or current employees should be suspected.

Cisco is investing $50m in China Communications Services (CCS).
